A developer that’s building the only single-family home community in Richardson’s $1.5 billion CityLine project has bought a block in East Dallas.
Centre Living Homes purchased the vacant block at Live Oak Street and Prairie Avenue east of downtown.
The block near Peak Preparatory School was purchased from an investor.
Centre Living Homes plans to build 26 residences on the property, said Centre Living president Trevor Brickman.
“We liked the site, and that whole corridor is changing pretty quick,” Brickman said.
