A 5 year-old Dallas homebuilder that’s on its way to being one of the area’s biggest urban housing firms is opening new projects. Centre Living Homes is working on almost a dozen high-density housing developments stretching from Oak Cliff to Richardson. Building a combination of townhouses and single-family homes, Centre Living has snapped up small building sites in close-in Dallas neighborhoods.
The modern-style homes average close to 2,000 square feet and sell at prices averaging more than $400,000.
The average new home in North Texas costs just over $350,000.
